Return Policy for Customized Products:
Return Window: We offer a 5-day return period for customized products from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this time frame.
Condition for Returns: Customized products must be returned in their original, unused condition. They should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alterations. Please make sure the product is carefully packed to avoid damage during return shipping.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Once we approve the return, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
No Exchanges: As each customized product is created specifically for you, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or a different customization, you will need to place a new order.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding shipping fees.
Please note that all sales are final after the 5-day return window, and we encourage you to carefully review all customization details before completing your order.
